It's been so long that I've gone to a restaurant and felt that we had been taken care of.! First the food was exceptional ....went with my wife and daughter and her husband and we all felt exactly the same. The service was so spot on! A young man who seemed to have been in the business all his life was out waiter and we knew from the start we were in good hands.... Never looking for the waiter/ waitress.... Food timing was perfect as was every dish we ordered. Definitely going back and will continue to do so! I would post pictures but I was too busy enjoying my dinner to take pix!

This was our first experience here. The ambiance and decor are beautiful. Our server Sam explained all the specials perfectly even though they were numerous. he's a bit young but he is still professional. We had the spadini alla Romano as an app which was quite cheesy and lemony, as we love it to be. The veal sorrentina was so delish! It came out hot and tender. The veal chop parm was huge, crispy and tender. As a side note even the sautéed spinach was hot! The entrees come with a potato croquette and spinach. Really tasty In closing Sam came by several times to refill our wine (we bought a good bottle) but not he was not intrusive We will be back with friends !

Very authentic Italian restaurant run by a well known NYC restaurant family. Chef Francesco is a Gnocchi Jedi, it was sublime, traditional and most importantly filling. Pappardelle was light with wonderful mushroom flavor. Very good Cab finished off with espresso and Tartufo. The staff are professional and friendly. You'd be surprised how many Italian restaurants don't have Eros Ramazotti on the sound system ...(maybe because they are not Italian and don't know who he is). This, along with comfortable chairs and a sedate yet sophisticated dining room add to the experience.

Delicious clams vongole and lots of garlic on the perfect broccoli rabe Tables are not squished together and the staff was very nice

Excellent service. Food service was amazing. Owner is a sweetheart. Highly recommend.

Angelo's Little Italy in Amityville is the is the family of Angelo's from Little Italy in NYC. Tina is the daughter of the Original Owner from the City. She amazing sweet and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious. We started with the Stuffed Artichoke which was amazing. We had the Gnocchi and Penne for dinner, both were delicious. There are tables outside and inside. The decor is new and modern. There is a nice size bar to start off with cocktails. The staff was pleasant and always accommodating. Parking can be a bit difficult but be be patient.

Very nice location, the service was excellent and the food very good, I ordered the black linguini w/lobster tail fra diablo, it was great, everyone enjoyed their plates, on the negative side, I don't appreciate when restaurants charge you extra when paying with a credit card, I didn't mind during covid to help the local businesses, but covid is over, we helped, let's get back to normal.

Had an amazing experience at Angelo's last night for Valentine's Day. This was my husband and I's first time dining here. I booked this over a month out from the big holiday. We scored a parking spot right in the front (as it's on the main road) and were swiftly seated. Don't let this place fool you, it's pretty big. There's another dining room in the back that's hidden from the front. Love the awning I noticed over some tables. Gave it a true NYC feel. The first thing we noticed: a restaurant that plays Italian music!!!! My husband and I are always confused why we dine at Italian restaurants that don't play Italian music. It sets the vibe right from the start. Finally! Our waiter was very nice but a little busy (understandable, but it took a bit to get my soda, refill, etc). Warm bread with WARM butter (we HATE cold butter) was brought out with the best olive oil we've ever had. So much so that husband asked our waiter to find out what they use in the kitchen (this is totally not like my husband so I was shocked). Although we didn't get an answer, we dove right into our bread and our waiter even brought out seconds. Our fried calamari appetizer was delicious and more than enough for two people. Beware: it is extremely garlicky. A little too much, however, it was crunchy and very good. My rigatoni for my a la vodka dish was ginormous. I've never seen noodles that big before LOL. It definitely could have used a little more flavor but I appreciate the homemade feel it had. My husband enjoyed his dish (pappardelle campagnole but had to eat around a lot because it was loaded with garlic. We had so much dessert at home so we just got the check. They did give us two pieces of chocolate which was nice. The owner (?) I'm assuming walked around to each table and even took our picture for us. The hospitality was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went to the soft opening 8/14/23 - I made reservations about 2 weeks prior - I was so excited to see a new restaurant opening in our Village. When I arrived (8pm) it was packed !! Tons of people -but I was seated in about 10 Minutes - waited about another 10 minutes before the waitress came - however she was so sweet and apologetic about the wait, how could you be mad at that? Ordered a bottle of wine, 2 entrees, salad the bill was $116 - so I thought the prices were so reasonable. Can we discuss the decor OMG so beautiful!! The lighting fixtures - the LED signage - the owner stopped at our table a few times to check in and make sure we were ok - which with how busy the place was really was a good touch- ok so the food itself was delish - I'll def be back I'm hoping they eventually offer happy hour apptz/drinks
